KRONIK Intake

Structured intake and validation system designed to capture data consistently while enforcing clarity, constraints, and predictable flows.

Overview

KRONIK Intake explores how internal data collection can be treated as a system rather than a form-building exercise.

The project focuses on clarity, validation, and controlled progression. It assumes that reliable data capture requires explicit structure and visible constraints rather than flexibility.

Problem Space

Many intake processes fail because they attempt to accommodate every possible scenario. This leads to ambiguous inputs, inconsistent data, and downstream complexity.

KRONIK Intake investigates how enforcing structure early can simplify processing later.

System Design

The system is built around staged input, validation checkpoints, and explicit state awareness. Each step has a defined purpose and clear success criteria.

Conditional logic is used sparingly and only where it improves clarity rather than convenience.

Interface Artifacts

Artifacts include multi-step intake screens, validation feedback, and review states

Status

KRONIK Intake is a conceptual prototype developed as part of the KRONIK DEV case study.
